Arthur A. Odden

Mr. Arthur A. Odden, aged 74, passed away at his residence in Sandpoint, Idaho, on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.

He was born in Cedar City, Utah, December 8, 1951, to the late Arthur M. Odden and Dora Hunsaker Helsing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Georgeanne Milkwick Bollinger. He is survived by his wife Mary Batt, brother Gary Milkwick, sister Vickie Odden and children Caitlin, Leah, Heather (Sean), Stacie (Kevin), Arthur W. (Christian), Karyn (Anthony), Logan (Bridget), and 16 grandchildren.

Art (Artie) loved his family, music, singing karaoke, and his dogs. He was a man of deep faith, dedication, a good soul, kind and always looked for opportunities to help others. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and attended church in the Sandpoint, ID, Ward.

He lived in southern California for approximately 55 years. He worked for McDonnell Douglas and in the computer technology industry before retiring.

There will be a celebration of life in the early summer to be announced at a later date.
