Betty Ann Rosholt

March 13, 1945 — May 17, 2024

Betty Ann Rosholt, 79, passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, in Clark Fork, Idaho on May 17, 2024.  She had resided, in Clark Fork, with her husband and best friend, Arthur (Art) Rosholt, Jr.
Betty was born on March 13, 1945, in San Francisco, California, the eldest daughter of James and Edna Blue.  She had two younger sisters, Wanda Blue (deceased) and Jimmia (Blue) Provincal.
Although born in San Francisco, California, Betty Betty spent most of her life amongst the abundant beauty of North Idaho.  There she finished her schooling, worked for many good close friends, drove school bus for the Bonner County Lake Pend Oreille School District, became certified in food preparation in order to work as the head cook for the Clark Fork Senior Center.
Betty and Art had two children James (Jim) Rosholt (deceased), and daughter Leslie Slinkard, and husband Monte Slinkard.
Betty was a friend of many, and without a doubt, would be there to lend a hand, especially when work was involved.  She had a love, and passion, for her husband, family, neighbors, friends, and people. She was known for her beautiful garden, home grown vegetables, love of the outdoors, and a desire to work hard, that she undoubtedly passed on to her children.
Also left in the wake of Betty's passing are seven grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.  She leaves many mournful hearts, and a tremendous amount of memories of the wife, mother, and friend that she was to so many.
A small graveside service will be held on a later date for family, close neighbors and friends.
