Surrounded by her family with hearts full of love, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Brenda Marlene Haupert (Sweeney) 86 on April 13, 2026.

Born on December 3, 1939 to Roger and Chrystine Sweeney in Winchendon, Massachusetts.

Brenda met John Haupert, married in 1979, moved to Rapid city, So Dakota, there she worked as a jewelry specialist in Independent Sales at Blackhills Gold co.

They retired and moved to Sagle, Idaho in 1995.  Brenda volunteered for years at the Sagle thrift store and attended the Sagle Senior Center.  She also was a member at the New Song Bible church.

Brenda built her life centered around her six children and families.  Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She loved traveling, going to weddings, birthdays and graduations of each and everyone.

Her hobbies were stamp up, scrap booking, antique shops and going to Bingo.  Most of all she loved when the great grand kids would come to visit into her open arms and hugs.  She always had her big yellow Happy Face cookie jar filled for those special occasions.

Brenda is survived by her daughters, Cheri Belgarde (Gale sr.), Patty Triplett (Jeff), Stacey Snyder (Charlie), Suzanne Bonner, her son Dan Bonner. 17 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. Sisters, Sandy Malley, Roseanne Lee, Marilyn Sweeney Monsen and brother Roger Sweeney. Many numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband John, daughter Kathy, granddaughter Danielle and great granddaughter Emma.

A celebration of Brenda’s life will be on August 14,2026 at the Sagle Senior Center, 1 pm
