Harald Bergen

With deepest sorrow, we share the heartbreaking loss of our beloved son, brother, and nephew, grandson and friend Harald Bergen, who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 16. He left this world surrounded by the beauty of nature—a place that brought him peace, comfort, and joy.

Born on October 4, 2008, Harald was a bright, curious, and compassionate soul. Whether he was exploring the outdoors, hunting, gaming with friends, or laughing with his brothers Alfred and Viktor, his spirit shone brightly. He had a deep love for the wild and a free heart that was never meant to be confined.

He is survived by his loving mother, Emma; his father, Philip; and his cherished brothers, Alfred and Viktor. He also leaves behind extended family and friends who were touched by his warmth, his quiet strength, and his unforgettable smile.

Harald lived his life with quiet courage, fierce independence, and a heart full of wonder. Though our time with him was far too short, he leaves behind memories that will live in our hearts forever.

A celebration of Harald’s life will be held July 1, 2025 at the Coffelt Moon Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor him by donating to Harald’s memorial Scholarship Fund at Twin Eagles Wilderness School, 11598 West Pine St., Sandpoint, ID 83864
