Jeffrey Jay Ellis, 64, passed away in Sandpoint on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Jeffrey was born in California, later moving to the Sandpoint area. He was a well known tie dye artist, and had also had planted many trees in the area. Family services will be held later.
