In Loving Memory of Jennifer Nicole Hedgecock.
Jennifer was a beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Niece, Cousin, and Friend.
It is with our family’s deepest sorrow that we share the passing of our beautiful Jennifer (Jen-Jen), who passed away at her home in Sandpoint, Idaho on October 28, 2025, at the age of 39. She leaves behind a legacy of love, joy, and unforgettable laughter.
Jennifer’s life was filled with love, compassion, and the kind of resilience that inspired those who truly knew her. We will miss her every day, but we take comfort in knowing that she is at peace and surrounded by eternal love.
Jennifer came into this world on June 26, 1986, in Reno, Nevada. She lived her childhood years growing up in Douglas County, Nevada full of light, love, and an undeniable spark that was felt by every person she encountered. Jennifer lived her life with an adventurous spirit and radiant energy that brightened every room she entered. Her laughter was infectious, her smile unwavering, and her heart boundless.
She cherished the moments she shared with her family and found the greatest joy in being the proud mother of her three precious sons -- Owen Hedgecock (18), David Benton Hedgecock (4), and Gabriel Hedgecock (2) -- who were truly the light of her life. Her love for them was endless and unconditional.
Jennifer is deeply loved and missed by her three sons, along with her father and mother Walter and Quida Hedgecock. Her 3 sisters, Rachel Hedgecock, Megan Hedgecock, Leiah Youmans, and their families who will forever cherish the memories of her laughter, her spirit, and her heart. She will also be deeply missed by her grandfather (Gramps) James Watson her Aunt Darcy Watson Nordquist and cousin Chelcie Watson, who were not just relatives but best of friends, along with her many aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Brothers-in-laws and friends. She is welcomed into Heaven by her Grandmothers Judith Watson and Goldie Snodgrass.
Her memory will live on through her sons and all of us who love her. Our memories of her will become treasures and not a day will go by that she is not loved and missed.
The Lord has called her home and she will forever be our Beautiful Jen-Jen.
Forever in our hearts, until we meet again.
Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23:6
