Jerald Leroy Justis

With a heavy heart we are announcing the passing of Jerald Justis, age 78, on August 12th, 2021 in his home in Sandpoint, ID. If you knew him, you know there are far too many words to describe how amazing of a man he was. He filled the lives of those around him with so much love and joy and will be missed immensely.

Jerry was born on May 27th, 1943 in Salem, Oregon the son of Joseph and Josephine Justis.

He lived with his family in Washington until retiring from his career in law enforcement. After retiring he moved his family to Idaho where he lived for the remainder of his years.  

He is survived by his four children Daniel, Darrin, Jennifer and Jason. His grandchildren Andrew, Brittany, Dillon, Samantha, Nicole, Jordan, Christopher, Bryn, Hunter, Colton, Caden, Landon and Braylie. His great grandchildren Leo, Quinn and Archer. Sisters Joy and Beverly, previous wives Kathy and Nancy and his girlfriend Dale. He is preceded in death by his two children David and Scott, parents Joseph and Josephine, brothers Joe and Jim and his sister Betty.

A celebration of life is scheduled for September 11th.
