Patricia Ann Labrum, 84, passed away on Sunday, September 14th, at her home. Patricia was born in Johnstown, PA, the daughter of John and Fern Katcher. She moved to the Sandpoint area in 1997, from Bakersfield, California. Survivors include her husband, of 55 years, Ralph Labrum.
