Victoria Allan
Frontin
May 15, 1951 — Jun 9, 2026
Victoria Allan Frontin, known to family and friends as Vicki, 75, of Clark Fork, Idaho, passed away suddenly on June 9, 2026, in an automobile accident. Her loss leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of her family, friends, and the community she loved.
Vicki was born on May 15, 1951, to Allan Bloom and Patricia (née Bloom) Wagner. She grew up in California’s San Fernando Valley, where she developed the creativity, warmth, and strong work ethic that would characterize her throughout her life.
Vicki’s greatest love story was with her husband, Geoff Frontin. They met as teenagers and spent nearly 56 years building a life together. Their marriage was marked by unwavering love, friendship, and partnership through every season of life. In June 2025, surrounded by loved ones, they renewed their vows to celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary, honoring a bond that had only grown stronger with time. Through joy, hardship, and profound loss, their love remained a constant source of strength and comfort.
Vicki was a gifted seamstress and artist whose creativity touched every part of her life. She lovingly sewed clothes for her children when they were young, even creating matching Christmas robes for them. Friends and loved ones eagerly anticipated her handcrafted cards, custom gift bags, and baked goods, each one a reflection of the care and thoughtfulness she poured into her work.
She also shared her creativity and generous spirit with others, serving as a Brownie and Girl Scout leader when her children were young. She encouraged and inspired the girls in her troop with the same patience, kindness, and enthusiasm she brought to every aspect of her life.
After dedicating many years to raising her children and helping operate a family business with Geoff, Vicki entered a new chapter in her life and career. She worked in the bakery at Oliver’s Market in Santa Rosa, California, where her creativity and passion for baking flourished. Determined to continue learning, she returned to school to study culinary arts and earned her associate degree—an accomplishment of which she was especially proud.
In 2016, Vicki and Geoff moved to Clark Fork, Idaho, where she quickly became an active and valued member of the community. She volunteered with the Friends of the Library and helped coordinate efforts to bring fresh produce to Evergreen Hardware Store, contributing to the well-being of her neighbors. Vicki never met a stranger and was known throughout the Bear Claw neighborhood for her warmth, friendliness, and genuine interest in others. She was also known for her long text messages, which friends and family came to recognize as one of the many ways she stayed thoughtfully connected with those she loved.
Richie, her faithful Papillon mountain dog and constant companion, brought her great joy. Their daily walks around the Bear Claw Loop were more than exercise—they were opportunities to visit with neighbors, share stories, and strengthen the friendships that made the community feel like home. Whether volunteering, creating something by hand, spending time with family, or connecting with friends, Vicki embraced life with warmth, generosity, and grace.
Above all else, Vicki was devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, Geoff Frontin; her daughter, Gennifer Dahlquist (Jason); her sister, Terri Suarez; her brother-in-law, Clark “Bud” Frontin (Sandy); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Allan Bloom and Patricia (née Bloom) Wagner; her sister, Trudi Bloom; and her daughter, Genelle Frontin, whose memory she carried with her always.
Those who knew Vicki will remember her for her creativity, kindness, vibrant spirit, and ability to make people feel welcome. She gave freely of her time, talents, and love, leaving a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Though her passing was sudden, the memories she created and the love she shared will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and community. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
