William Francis Gow

William Francis “Billy” Gow passed away, in Sandpoint, on Monday, July 28, 2025. Billy was born on December 17, 1949 in Teaneck, New Jersy the son of George A. and Dorthy Gow. The family moved to Riverside, California in 1960. He attended schools in the Riverside area. He married Diane Dewey in January 1976 In Cherry Valley, California. He moved to Sandpoint in the early 1980’s. He had worked as a gardener, worked for K Mart, and bagged groceries at Yokes. Billy enjoyed the Sandpoint area and his friends.

He is survived by; his wife Diane Gow, his brother George (and Donna) Gow, his nephews Gregg (and Linsey) Gow, Michael (and Laura) Gow, his cousin Shirley Mitchell, numerous grand nephews and cousins.

Memorial services will be conducted at 10:00 am, Friday, August 8, 2025 in Coffelt’s Funeral Chapel with Mike Couch officiating.
